Welcome to Paws Pet Grooming. By using our grooming services, booking appointments, or visiting our facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Paws Pet Grooming offers a variety of grooming services, including but not limited to:

  • Bathing and brushing

  • Haircuts and trimming

  • Nail clipping and filing

  • Ear cleaning

  • De-shedding treatments

Services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Any special requirements for your pet must be communicated at the time of booking.

2.Appointment Policy

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to adjust the grooming service provided or reschedule based on availability. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate being late.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.

  • We accept payments via cash, debit/credit card, or any other approved method of payment.

  • Any fees, including cancellation fees or additional charges for special services, will be disclosed before the service begins.

4. Pet Health and Safety

  • Vaccination: All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations before receiving grooming services. Proof of vaccination may be required.

  • Health Issues: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues your pet may have before the grooming session. This helps us ensure the safety and well-being of your pet during the process.

  • Aggressive Pets: If your pet shows aggressive behavior that makes it unsafe to proceed with grooming, we reserve the right to stop the service. Additional fees may apply for handling difficult pets, or we may refer you to a veterinarian for specialized care.

5. Accidents and Emergencies

While we take the utmost care to ensure your pet’s safety, accidents can happen during grooming. In the event of an injury or emergency, we will notify you immediately and may seek veterinary care if necessary. You agree to bear any costs associated with veterinary care arising from unforeseen circumstances.

6. Pickup Policy

  • Pets must be picked up promptly at the agreed time. Failure to pick up your pet within 30 minutes of completion may result in additional fees. Pets left at the facility for more than 4 hours after the grooming session may be subject to additional boarding charges.

7. Liability

Paws Pet Grooming is not responsible for:

  • Any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or health problems that may be aggravated during grooming.

  • Any injury to pets caused by external factors such as matting, aggressive behavior, or improper handling by owners prior to grooming.

8. Matting Policy

Severely matted pets may require shaving or additional grooming care, which can cause skin irritation or minor cuts. Paws Pet Grooming is not liable for any injuries that may result from removing matted fur. You acknowledge that grooming a matted pet is a time-consuming process and may result in additional charges.

9. Photos and Social Media

We may take photographs of your pet during the grooming process and use them on our website or social media channels. If you do not wish for your pet’s photos to be used, please notify us at the time of booking or upon arrival.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Paws Pet Grooming reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
