Cancellation & Refunds

At Paws Pet Grooming, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring that our schedule remains fair for all our clients. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment on the same day, you may be charged a fee of [Insert Fee] to cover the lost time and grooming slot.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a request for prepayment before booking future appointments.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment with no additional fees if it is done at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Same-day rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability, and may incur a fee.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full grooming service. This could result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

  • In cases where rescheduling is required due to a late arrival, a partial fee may be charged to cover the lost time.

4. Refunds Policy

  • Service Quality: At Paws Pet Grooming, we are committed to providing high-quality grooming services. If you are unsatisfied with the grooming results, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, offer a free touch-up service. Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to rectify the situation with a follow-up appointment.

  • Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a grooming service and need to cancel, we will offer a full refund if the cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a partial refund after deducting the cancellation fee.

  • Deposits: For certain grooming services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and may waive fees in certain cases.
